Linde is currently seeking a Healthcare Sales Associate to join the team in the south region. 



Purpose of the Position:


Works closely with direct manager RBM, and designated mentors (i.e. respective Department Heads, Managers, Sales Reps, and Subject Matter Experts), the Sales Trainee will successfully complete a comprehensive 6-month training in the designated region consisting of one-on-one and on-the-job training sessions. Onward and about the 6-month training program is successfully completed through a formal certification process the Sales Trainee will have an opportunity to enter the Healthcare Sales Force as a full-time Sales Representative in an existing, vacant territory located somewhere within the South Region.


  • Identifying and attracting new customers by introducing new products, services and technologies while maintaining existing relationships in an effort to increase Linde Healthcare U.S. sales and exceed customer expectations. 
  • Supporting and collaberating with Healthcare Sales Force in winning, retaining and growing profitable customer accounts of various sizes.
  • Contributing to the achievement of the U.S. Healthcare sales budget, as well as profit targets for specified territories and regions.
  • Supporting and delivering winning sales strategies.
  • Working collaboratively with the sales management team, sales representatives, and other support functions to deliver on targets.
  • Contributing to the overall performance of the region as a member of the regional sales team.
  • Actively travel throughout North America in order to quickly obtain the necessary skill sets that will allow for a full-time role in sales.
