What you will enjoy doing:

As one of our CES Support Analysts, you will provide leadership, guidance, and field support and assistance with SAP PM use and functionality. You will develop, track, and implement processes, including management of CES vehicle inventory and CVIP State pressure vessel inspection compliance. You will be responsible to ensure all work orders are accurately cost accounted and billed to customers in a timely and efficient manner. You will:

  • Provide SAP technical support to CES team related to maintenance activities, procurement, and vendor, materials, and inventory management
  • Assist CES Coordinators and Telemetry Team in responding to incoming service related call volume
  • Ensure all maintenance, installation and equipment sale billings are accurate and timely
  • Compile reports as directed by the CES Management
  • Document and report first fill, start-up and removal activity
  • Update SAP Master Data/equipment management systems accordingly


Do you have what it takes?

You must have a bachelor’s degree preferably in Supply Chain Management, Finance, Accounting or Business with at least two years’ experience in corporate business environment or related business experience or an Associate's degree and 5 years’ experience will be considered.  Must have experience with material supply chain and strong skills with Microsoft Excel.  Excellent communication skills are required.
