    Responsibilities

    What you will enjoy doing:

    As one of our ECOVAR Coordinators, you will drive operational improvements in ECOVAR plants by capturing data to measure plants against the key performance indicators and closing the gaps. You will maintain management and technical focus on ECOVAR assets in a matrix organization by influencing key stakeholders in the field supply organization, operations support, project execution, and commercial groups within Linde. You will:

    • Identify needs for training initiatives, develop training packages, and create/modify IMSS chapters to promote operational excellence
    • Develop operating budgets for plants in East/Midwest Region and drive the annual maintenance and CAPEX approval process
    • Prioritize related issues within the area; focus attention and efficiently Capture plant performance test data, document in EDMS
    • Identify opportunities to achieve GAP targets; drive projects to completion, track and report status
    • Interface with Product Management, RBU Projects, Region Hubs and field on new ECOVAR business opportunities, includes upgrades and re-life of existing assets

    Qualifications

    Do you have what it takes?

    You must have a high school diploma or GED and a certificate in a technical discipline with a minimum of five years’ experience in the gas industry. Must have strong analytical and quantitative skills, leadership and people management skills and excellent oral and written communication skills. 

     

    Candidates must live within commutable distance to Cleveland-OH, Butler-PA  or Youngstown-OH.
