What you will enjoy doing:

— Manage all transport operations to include operating and Business strategies
— Deliver and support Product Service Offers in line with Business strategies
— Responsible for managing the overall customer fulfilment process in RA, establishing plans to ensure required driver and equipment resources are in place to support the strategic business plan, develop transport execution procedures, and achieving customer fulfilment and efficiency targets
— Lead or participate in transportation related audits. Support plants during FDA/DOT/DHS audits. Audit resource to support collaborative auditing with HSE resources as needed to meet audit plan.
— Participate in global distribution peer group meetings as transport business owner (including Transport Safety if relevant)
— Continually drive efficiency and time saving projects to make our drivers and supply chain more efficient and effective.



Required education



Bachelor Degree

Supply Chain, Logistics or other applicable concentration; MBA or other Master's level degree a plus



Required qualifications



Minimum 10 Years

experience as a leader in Transport Operations

Minimum 10 Years

relevant gas/chemical industry (or equivalent) experience in a Supply Chain/Logistics related environment



Other qualifications

—APICS Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) preferred
—An expert level working knowledge of the DOT/dangerous goods transport regulations required
—Strong verbal and written communication skill and experience with commercial software systems dealing with the various aspects of the regulatory compliance requirements
