What you will enjoy doing:

As our Healthcare Inside Sales Representative, we’ll look to you to promote safety throughout your healthcare region and increase regional territory profitability/revenue.  You will manage existing territory of homecare customers to maximize profitability using Linde healthcare resources and processes to disqualify the competitive alternatives.  You will have the opportunity to meet with homecare customers to address challenges and/or provide general account maintenance.  We’ll look to you to attain gross profit growth year on year.  Your responsibilities will include:

  • Prospecting from multiple sources to develop new business
  • Deep customer and competitor insight
  • Value creation through internal technical, product knowledge, and customer insight
  • Customer acquisition, satisfaction and retention
  • Utilization of account strategies and financial and business acumen
  • Customer data maintenance



Do you have what it takes?

You must have an associate’s degree in engineering, business, communications, or other related field and a minimum of one year experience in sales, marketing, engineering or customer service.  A high level of critical and innovative thinking and questioning/probing skills will ensure you are set up for success in this role and is required. .  You must have excellent phone, customer focus, and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to build rapport with customers.  The ideal candidate must have strong business and financial acumen, proficient presentation skills, and sound planning and organizing skills.  You must be self-starter, accountable, goal and achievement driven and able to perform as part of a team.  Being detail oriented with superior time management skills is essential.  You must have PC skills including CRM/CRM equivalent, Microsoft Office with Excel and PowerPoint.
