Responsibilities

What you will enjoy doing:

As one of our Document Management Systems Coordinator, you will Coordinate strategic development and maintenance of the Quality Management System Documentation, utilizing the DMS tools. You will ensure all DMS systems are properly supported to deliver expected business content and structure.. Your responsibilities will include:

 

  • Work in partnership with functional and business leads DMS
  • Coordinate the development and priority setting of incoming requests for new/revised documents
  • Ensure that DMS representatives are proficient in assisting document owners in creating/updating documents using the appropriate template
  • Publish and notify relevant parties of approved documents in applicable Document Management System
  • Coordinate the review of Group/LG chapters to assess their impact on RAS documents
  • Facilitate the development of new and revised site navigators or similar systems
  • Act as an interface with IS for DMS-related troubleshooting issues, to ensure consistency and full system utilization, feedback lessons learned to relevant parties

Qualifications

Do you have what it takes?

  • A bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • A minimum of two years in the field
  • Excellent PC skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Negotiation and conflict resolution skills are required
