    Responsibilities

    What you will enjoy doing:

    As an  CES Data Consistency Coordinators you will help deliver continuous improvement of data and performance management through the use of Linde systems to support the goals and strategy of the NA Markets and Supply organizations.  We’ll look to you to ensure accurate equipment and customer data reconciliation for Linde systems. Our sales organization and field service teams will rely on you for customer master data lists with timely reporting of equipment and services to our client. Your responsibilities will include:

    • Review installation and removal equipment movement notifications for accurate serial numbers and completeness of reported information for 600-800 tank movements annually
    • Report tank installation and removal activity by size to assist in forecasting equipment requirements
    • Manage reporting of equipment sales and track project costs and billing
    • Request Invoicing for equipment sales and ensure proper application of revenue
    • Assist team members in maintaining of SAP systems and data integrity
    • Develop and distribute CES Scorecard reports for larger organization

    Qualifications

    Do you have what it takes?

    • An associate’s degree in a related field, or commensurate experience; Bachelor's degree preferred
    • A minimum of three years’ experience in maintenance and inventory control experience
    • Good written and verbal skills, especially skills in customer service are necessary
    • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Computer proficiency in various business systems (GOLD, SAP) and Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, Access)
    • Excellent customer relations and communications skills, both verbal and written
    • Meticulous attention to all details of the position
