    Responsibilities

    What you will enjoy doing:

    As a remote Operator, you will run up to six ASU or CO2 locations simultaneously.  Your position includes production changes and efficiency, power management, process disturbance, alarm management, plant shut downs and restarts. This is an entry level position with a solid career path to becoming a Remote Operator II upon successful completion of the qualification process. Your responsibilities will include:



    • Maintain the integrity of the Linde Technical Network through strict adherence to defined Network Security

    • Maintain safe reliable and efficient plant operations

    • Responding to and troubleshooting process upsets

    • Execute plant loading changes dictated by operations or logistics management

    • Communicate plant problems and performance to logistics and central dispatch personnel

    • Maintain individual plant logs

    Qualifications

    Do you have what it takes?

    You must have a high school diploma with a minimum 2 years' experience in a process plant related operations role.  Computer proficiency in necessary.  Excellent oral communications skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously will put your resume ahead of the rest.

    In lieu of process plant operations experience:

    - Relevant Military Experience acceptable in lieu of plant experience (i.e. Navy Nukes)
    - Recent college graduates with a degree in engineering or the physical sciences
