    • Drive Electronic Gases (EG) sales through active participation at customer sites to understand opportunities, present product solutions, drive pricing, proposals and secure business on a long term basis.

    • Assist in development and Implementation of the global EG strategy within an assigned territory.



    What you will enjoy doing:

    • Responsible for EG sales within the assigned territories, and supporting key accounts with high demand in EG. The specialist territory will encompass all customers using the Electronic Gases in that region.
    • Drive EG sales growth through active participation at customer sites in order to understand opportunities, present product solutions and or proposals, secure business on a long term basis, drive pricing in the market.
    • Develop and implement plans for the increased penetration of key semiconductor, display, solar, pharmaceutical, and textile markets served by Linde EG products including key end user accounts and OEMs.
    • Manage the maintenance of market and customer profiles and personally participate in establishment and continuity of strategic contacts at key customers to accumulate strategic market intelligence, promote Linde EG products, and develop strategy to leverage relationships into growth opportunities.
    • Expert understanding of product specifications, design, configuration, product performance and applications, using expert knowledge to train and develop Electronic Gases Specialist I. Support Sales organization with product and proposal presentations.
    • Prepare customer proposals for major product quotations.
    • Identify applications sectors where the products have true market potential, develop an understanding of key customer requirements and establish product benefits over the competition to lead in the development of markets and growth of profitable sales.
    • Develop, gain support and manage product initiatives such as customer product evaluations, new product launches, and product promotions.
    • Participate in establishing consolidated forecasts for orders and sales. Monitor performance against goals regularly, presenting data to senior Electronics leadership to promote position goals.
    • Develop objectives and implement actions for product promotion programs. Coordinate the administration of associated product promotion activities and track the results.
    • Collect and utilize data to drive growth on competitive products, pricing and marketing activities. Provide data to Senior Management to enable Linde to create marketing actions to defend and take market share.
    • Develop technical expertise in the application of EG, with particular focus on understanding customers’ processes and related requirements.
    • Act as subject matter expert on team and coordinate with relevant EG departments to ensure optimized delivery performance of EG products, supporting the implementation of after-sales policy and services.

    Solid foundation in semiconductor production processes, gases, chemistry, materials and equipment

    Required education:

    Bachelor Degree in business or engineering; will consider 20 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree
    Required qualifications:

    Minimum 10 Years experience in product marketing or sales of consumables to the semiconductor industry
    Other qualifications:

    Demonstrated familiarity with semiconductor applications and related enviornmental issues, strong interpersonal skills
