    Responsibilities

    What you will enjoy doing:

    As one of our Plant Managers, you will be directly responsible for the safe, efficient, and cost-effective operation of a functionally integrated gas manufacturing, purification, and packaging site.  You must assemble and lead a high performance team, driving performance around key measures including safety, quality, profitability, and continuous improvement.  You will serve as a critical link between the manufacturing site and the corporate and commercial business functions. Your responsibilities will include:

    • Direct responsibility and accountability for site personnel safety, capital assets, and the environment
    • Responsibility for building, developing, and leading a high performing team, with talents and characteristics that allow achievement of site and overall Linde goals
    • Participation in and demonstration of leadership in Linde’s journey to excellence and becoming a high performance organization
    • Direct responsibility and accountability for efficient and on-time delivery of manufactured products
    • Accountability for quality of products produced in the facility and the facility quality system
    • Development and maintaining a relationship with commercial team and customers to help define and steer new business opportunities

    Qualifications

    Do you have what it takes?

    • A bachelor’s degree in engineering or other technical field or equivalent
    • A minimum of five years’ experience in operations
    • Decision making and execution
    • Functional and technical competence
    • Computer literate, including Microsoft Office
