    Responsibilities

    What you will enjoy doing:

    As one of our Business Process Excellence Admins, you will process daily transactional administrative work and drive process excellence for the number of plants in the area group. This includes work such as SAP data entry, production reporting, power accruals, driver payroll, payables and trip administration. You will act as a central point of contact for field related procurement activities, driving process improvements, and enforcing standards. You will:

    • Communicate with management any issues with production/invoice data
    • Monitor and track PeopleNet compliance for area plants, follow up with local site management if problems occur and if additional training and enforcement is necessary
    • Assist in resolving errors, problems & issues related to site purchase orders and invoices.
    • Serve as backup for other regions and areas for coverage during absences

    Qualifications

    Do you have what it takes?

    You must have a high school diploma or GED and a minimum of three years’ experience in distribution or production administrative support or similar.  An understanding of GOLD and local data gather systems such as iHistorian and PeopleNet and a high level of SAP knowledge, especially Tonnage Invoicing are preferred.
