    Responsibilities

    What you will enjoy doing:

    As one of Application Technicians, you will provide project management and on site assistance at customer sites to include planning, layout, execution, start up, training, and post-sales support of applications related to metals, chemicals, energy, food, and manufacturing market segments. You will:

    • Provide specific equipment hands on startup assistance and post-sales support
    • Insure complete documentation of customer start up is completed
    • Diagnose and remedy customer’s process and equipment shortfalls as needed Maintain self-paced training progress via Traccess training program, and achieve established training targets.
    • Support stations installation project management

    Qualifications

    Do you have what it takes?
    You must have or be able to:

    • A high school diploma or GED
    • A minimum of three years’ experience
    • Excellent trouble shooting skills in the area of instrumentation, electrical and mechanical systems
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills
    • Interface with customers
    • A working knowledge of Microsoft office suite and general computer skills
