  • Responsibilities

    What you will enjoy doing:

    • Champion Safety within the Electronic Bulk and On Site team to ensure all Golden Roles are understood and adhered to and take visible ownership of all Safety topics.
    • Own the P&L for the America’s Electronic Bulk and On Site business
    • Support the salesforce new business development efforts related to electronic bulk gases, On Site, project and equipment sales.
    • Work closely with the America’s Electronics teams to leverage capable resources in support to develop business opportunities. Help build the capability of the organization such that it is seen as an industry leader in the supply of high purity gas distribution systems 
    • Support the sales force in understanding and communicating to customers the benefits of product and services offering.
    • Act as the interface with business development and project groups to develop and deliver cost effective proposals that identify and sell a compelling case for high purity bulk gas systems.
    • Have command of the interrelationships and competing demands of the organization and business units.  With this information, influence product management, supply, distribution, operations and marketing teams of the America’s to support growth agenda for electronic bulk gases.
    • Provide direct technical ownership for Electronics bulk and On Site issues requiring interface with operations, projects and CES.
    • Provide liaison with Product Management to determine product sources and pricing levels for high purity bulk gases. Act as bulk product expert for high purity bulk gases.
    • Act as the focal point for the sales force for investment analysis, price setting and contract review and champion buy-in and approval though the America’s Leadership Team.
    • Manage the pricing of Bulk and On Site, ensuring that profitability and growth targets are set and achieved while maintaining an annual increase in OP.
    • Manage the introduction of new products into the region including the local management of collaborative technical programs with strategic customers.
    • Develop and maintain competitive profiles for electronic customers in the regions.
    • Provide technical support and training to the regional sales and service teams in conjunction with HR. 

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree (technical Discipline)
    • Minimum 15 years experience
