    What you will enjoy doing: 

    • Overall profit of the sub industry segment for Linde which means that renewing and
      defending existing business is critical.
    •  The profit of the industry sub segment such as steel or heat treatment.
    •  Interface for their respective program.
    •  Monitor or influence trade associations and industry groups as required to promote Linde’s reputation.
    •  For training and developing new employees including college hires. (MIDs)
    • Develop successful strategy and tactical actual plan to penetrate the North American
      market for their industry sub segment for Bulk and Tonnage.
    • Understand industry trends and manage the new technology pipeline from global
      sources and industry sources. Work with global teams and on their Linde subsidiaries to
      share technical new products
    • The Program Manager will assist the Industry Manager in selecting and justifying new
      products and technologies to sell in North America.
    • The product launch in their markets.
    • The product introduction will include Linde Pro Tech, video and printed collateral
      material, value capture tools, standard proposals and salesman's questionnaires.
      Tradeshows, technical papers, advertising…
    • Oversee applications start-up activities including interfacing with project execution,
      markets engineering and the customer
    • Work with global teams and other Linde subsidiaries to share technical new products.
    • Participate in and approve project budget estimates
    • Ensure critical project reviews, including P &ID, Project Safety, HAZOPs, EMOCs are
      routinely implemented and actions completed
    • Participate with regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with adopted environmental,
      safety and technical code references.



    Do you have what it takes?


    Minimum 7 Years' Relevant experience in application sales to include deep knowledge in one or more of the following industries: food, metals, industrial, or chemicals.Team management
    experience leading a high performing team preferred.


    Successful track record in acquiring new business through value added technical


    Ability to think critically a must


    Travel 25 - 50%



    Bachelor Degree in Engineering, MBA a plus
