    Responsibilities

    What you will enjoy doing:

    As one of our Import - Export Specialists, you will process and maintain all export and imports files. You will:

    • Prepare and obtain booking requests from freight forwarders for export orders
    • Communicate with port container delivery service on the drop and pick up of ocean containers for both exports and imports
    • Prepare Excel spreadsheets for all stocking orders shipping ocean freight
    • Verify and confirm all cylinders are properly loaded onto containers or trailers
    • Handle all import , from raw material coming in to return of empty cylinders
    • Communicate with Linde’s US Customs Broker on all import files and notification of customs clearance of imports

    Qualifications

    Do you have what it takes?

    A bachelor’s degree is preferred with two years’ experience in logistics required.  Excellent communication skills are required as well as the ability to multi task.  You are required to be well organized and be able to prioritize tasks.
